Have you guys seen that show “Cake Boss?” I love it so much and I can’t figure out why! I got direct tv Lima when I first moved here and I’ve been watching FAR too much TV because I haven’t yet found a job and I’ve just had a lot of free time on my hands. Other than that though I really love being at home and being flexible and I’ve had a lot of time to read, too. So anyway, Cake Boss is great…it’s made me want to do a lot with pastry and baking so I’ve been practicing at home often. I love making fondant and getting everything pristine – I’m pretty good, too, as some of my friends have asked to me to make their wedding cake for them! I love how much people love cake and that Cake Boss show is all that plus some drama on the side. I think the people on there just remind me of my own family which is why I like it so much after all.
