When I looked into buying a new home I discovered that with all the added costs I just wasn’t financially able this year. I used my Internet from WirelessInternet.netto search for properties in my price range, and as it turns out many of them require too much work to even be livable for me to afford. On top of that, there’s the insurance and taxes that come with owning a home, neither of which I was ready for at this point in my life. I’m a little disappointed because I had my heart set on buying a property sometime soon, but it just doesn’t look like it’s going to work out for me right now. The last thing I want is to become house poor because I want to have a deed in my name, so I’m going to wait until it makes more sense. I think that this is the responsible decision and I know my parents would be proud that they taught me to be so mature financially and overall!
